What’s Covered:

What’s Not Covered:

  • Damage due to misuse, accidents, improper care, or exposure to harsh chemicals.

How to Claim Your Guarantee:

This guarantee is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase and applies exclusively to the original purchaser. Worship Gaud reserves the right to determine if the damage is covered under this guarantee.

WORSHIP GAUD 1-YEAR LIMITED WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY

Worship Gaud ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") proudly stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of our hand-crafted jewelry. To ensure customer confidence, we offer a one (1) year limited warranty covering defects in workmanship under normal use from the original date of purchase.

1. WARRANTY COVERAGE

This limited warranty applies only to hand-crafted jewelry purchased directly from Worship Gaud or an authorized retailer and covers the following:

  • Defects in material or workmanship, including loose gemstones, faulty clasps, or improper assembly.
  • Structural failures that arise from normal, intended wear.

2. EXCLUSIONS & LIMITATIONS

This warranty does not cover the following:

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, surface discoloration, or fading due to exposure to chemicals, water, or environmental factors.
  • Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications, improper storage, or neglect.
  • Any repair, resizing, or alteration performed by a third party not authorized by Worship Gaud.
  • Loss or theft of the jewelry.
  • Variations in natural gemstones, including color, inclusions, or internal characteristics, which are inherent to their nature.

3. WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS

To initiate a claim under this warranty, the original purchaser must:

  1. Contact Worship Gaud at contact@worshipgaud.com within the warranty period.
  2. Provide proof of purchase, including the order number or original sales receipt.
  3. Submit clear photographs and a detailed description of the defect.

After review, Worship Gaud may, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the defective item at no cost,
  • Replace the item with an equivalent piece, or
  • Offer a store credit if repair or replacement is not feasible.

The customer may be responsible for shipping costs associated with sending the item for evaluation. Worship Gaud is not liable for any loss or damage incurred during shipping.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WORSHIP GAUD DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL WORSHIP GAUD BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE USE OF OUR PRODUCTS.

5. GOVERNING LAW

This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this warranty shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delaware.
