Final Sale Return Policy

At Worship Gaud, all items are final sale. This means that once your order is placed, it cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@worshipgaud.com. We will work with you to replace or repair the item, depending on the situation.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:
As all products are final sale, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This includes all regular-priced and sale items. However, if there is an issue with your order (e.g., damaged or defective items), we will assist you with a replacement or repair.

Refunds:
Refunds are issued on an exception basis, depending on the issue with the item. If a refund is applicable, we will notify you after evaluating the situation. In most cases, we will offer a replacement or repair for defective or damaged items. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
