At Worship Gaud, we take pride in offering high-quality, custom-made jewelry. Please review our shipping details below to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
Processing Time:
Custom-made and will take 1–3 weeks to complete before they are shipped. Once your order is finished, it will be shipped via the chosen shipping method.
For in-stock items, processing time is 2–5 business days.
Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays may take longer to process.
Shipping Time:
After your custom order is complete, delivery typically takes:
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
For faster delivery, we offer the following expedited shipping options for an additional fee:
- 2-Day Shipping: Available for an additional charge at checkout.
- Overnight Shipping: Available for an additional charge at checkout.
Please note that expedited shipping options are only available for U.S. orders.
Shipping Fees:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method chosen. Orders over $1000 may qualify for free economy shipping within the U.S.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number to monitor your package. You can track your order using the carrier's website or through your Worship Gaud account.
Incorrect or Missing Address:
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will notify you, and you will be required to pay for re-shipment.
Lost or Damaged Items:
If your item is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at contact@worshipgaud.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier, and if applicable, arrange for a replacement.
Shipping Holidays:
Please be aware that shipping carriers do not deliver on major holidays. Orders placed during these periods may experience delays.
